Sparco's Eagle RS-8.1 racing suit offers single layer construction with three layer protection. This is thanks to Sparco's patented HOCOTEX technology which is ground breaking light weight material perfect for any racer. It is one of the lightest and most breathable racing suits in the world. The thinner fabric that is used in the Eagle RS-8.1 along with the large stretch panels provides optimal comfort. The 360 degree arm gussets also help increase driver flexibility.
Unlike traditional racing suits the Eagle RS-8.1 offers unique quilting to allow air between the layers which bloats in a fire offering thermal protection to the driver. The 60,000 plus microcell air chambers provide a 10 to 12 percent increase in heat protection performance. The Eagle RS-8 is offered in your choice of White, Blue, Black and Red with a variety of different sizes. The Eagle RS-8.1 is FIA 8856-2000 approved.
