Having the shell constructed of carbon fiber it makes for an ultra-strong yet extremely light helmet. It is FIA 8860 approved which means it goes vigorous testing that is required for most major forms of racing. The WTX-9 and WTX-9W come with pre-installed HANS clips for easy slide on connection. The removable and washable padding is available for greater comfort. The multiple vents that are provided offer more air circulation for open cockpits. These helmets are available in two models the WTX-9 is the standard view and the WTX-9W is a wider version for better visibility.
