    Speedmaster 1-276-017 Features:

    Speedmaster 4340 Billet Steel crankshafts are manufactured from high-quality true billet round bar stock. Their performance, strength and horsepower capabilities are significantly outstanding compared to cast forged crankshafts. An engine with a 4340 billet steel crankshaft will rev faster and cleaner due to the different harmonics produced from the high-grade material. Those crankshafts are x-rayed and ultrasonically tested.

    Precision-ground Speedmaster 4340 Steel Crankshafts contain straight shot and shamfered oil holes, nitride hardened for superior wear resistance, lightening holes in all rod throws, large radius on all journals, precision ground and shot peened. These standard weight steel crankshafts are engineered for high horsepower street and race applications.
