These nuts are no longer available from GM. They secure the top of the front struts to the upper strut mounts on the 1982-1992 GM F-Body Camaro and Firebird.
The bottom of the nut has a special conical shape that seats into the bearing on the upper strut mount, so a regular nut, or a regular flange nut will not work. These were discontinued long ago by GM. These nuts are an exact replica of the OEM GM hardware.
They are forged from 4130 chrome moly and then CNC machined. Finally, they are silver zinc plated for corrosion protection.
