These fabricated front upper strut mounts for the 1982-1992 GM F-Body Camaro and Firebird feature an extreme duty COM12T chrome moly spherical bearing with a Teflon® self lubricating race.We have built an extra 1/4" of negative camber adjustment into these mounts. The mounts feature CNC machined components and are precision welded. We even include new flanged mounting nuts and flat washers!These fabricated front upper strut mounts are 1.0" taller than factory to provide extra strut travel for lowered and non-lowered cars. They're a must for those looking to do some serious corner carving, and you can't beat the trick look they provide to your engine bay!The underside of our strut mount includes a 2.5" i.d. coil over spring mount as a standard feature for those looking to run a front coil-over set up (not required).This kit includes our SKU 952 strut mount retainers. Our SKU 952 heavy-duty strut mount retainers are CNC laser cut from 3/16" thick steel and have new (longer than stock) Grade 10.9 mounting bolts, flat washers, and flanged nuts.Strut Fitment: These strut mounts will allow you to mount ANY front strut, EXCEPT QA1's newest struts (HD06 and HS06) because they do not use a factory size shaft where it goes through the bearing and therefore require a different size bearing adapter.
