Replace the factory's weak and flexible rear upper control arms with our heavy duty adjustable set-up! They allow for adjusting the pinion angle and centering the rear end after lowering or lifting your ride height. They also allow for fore and aft alignment of the rear end for clearance when running larger tires and greatly increase the rear end's stability.

These are the best compromise for a combination of street driving and off road performance. The Del-Sphere pivot joints mount to the rear axle housing and provide for 28-Deg of bind-free articulation, perfect for the off road enthusiast looking for maximum suspension articulation, while the chassis mounted fluted polyurethane bushings isolate noise, vibration, and harshness.

Del-Sphere Pivot Joints:

The Spohn Performance Del-Sphere pivot joint solves the shortcomings of the factory rubber and aftermarket polyurethane bushings. Our Del-Sphere pivot joint incorporates a spherical ball which is surrounded by Delrin® bushing cups.

Think of the Del-Sphere pivot joint as a Delrin® bushed spherical rod end. The Delrin® bushing cups absorb shock and road noise so you get the quiet and smooth ride of a bushing as well as 28-Deg of rotation! Designed and manufactured exclusively by Spohn Performance, we have taken street suspension performance to the next level.

Our Del-Sphere pivot joint features a one piece forged and heat treated 4130 chrome moly housing, a heat treated and chrome plated chrome moly spherical ball, Delrin® bushing cups, heat treated retainer washers and snap ring, an external grease fitting, and a beautiful silver zinc plated housing finish.

Unlike a spherical rod end, the Del-Sphere pivot joint is 100% rebuildable.
