Although Tick Performance suggest measuring for piston-to-valve clearance during ANY camshaft install, every Elite Series Camshaft is designed to fit in a stock engine & stock heads with adequate clearance unless otherwise noted. These cams are designed to maximize power, reliability and valvetrain longevity.

Tick Performance Turbo Stage 1 Camshaft is Tick Performance smallest turbo cam for LS7 engines. This camshaft will not have much of a noticeable idle, but will make itself known when the go pedal is pressed. 3.42 gears will be needed with a manual transmission and a 3200-3600 stall for an automatic transmission for best results. BTR Platinum or Max Pressure springs are recommended for use with this cam. Read valve spring description to determine which spring is right for your particular application.
