We have the perfect solution for you, Trail Gear's Interlocking Tube Clamps. They are machined from 100% 4130 Chromoly and use a counter sunk allen head screw. The Interlocking Tube Clamp fits snuggly inside the support tube end, and simply welds in to place. The two tube ends then interlock with each other, and are bolted together from both sides, providing a super strong support tube, without blocking access to the area of the vehicle the support is covering.
