The 4-wire narrow-band oxygen sensor is a replacement sensor for 1998-2002 Peugeot 306, 2003-2005 Peugeot 307, 2013-2016 Peugeot 301, 2000-2003 Saab 9-5 and 1999-2001 Volvo S80 in the downstream position. It signals whether the exhaust is running rich or lean so the engine computer can trim fuel delivery. A built-in heater brings the element to operating temperature quickly after a cold start.
