The BP-40 compound provides increased friction levels with extended temperature range over BP-20. BP-40 is a very high friction pad with an aggressive initial reponse, and an immediate low temperature response rate. The pads feature a low wear rate, with predictable and linear response with excellent modulation on iron and titanium rotors.
This race ONLY compound used in severe duty oval, road course, and off-road series that require an aggressive response and durability in the highest temperature ranges. Peak temperature rating of 1300+ Degrees F.
