    G30 - Braille Green-Lite Lithium-Ion Batteries is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good mod, but super spendy Picked this battery up when the old SLA went poof. I'm gradually making the transition to LiFePO4 on all batteries, automotive and powersport, so this was merely the latest swap. The G30 replaced a group 58, so to make things simpler I also picked up the G30 specific bracket. This also made it possible to lay the battery down to get the CG even lower. The positive battery cable was a little bit of a stretch, but that (and a few other installation tweaks) will be solved later. Starting the car is the same as it ever was, drama free. Where this item shines is weight reduction and redistribution. By getting 35lb of lead out of the front corner, up high and forward of the axle, the driving dynamics of the car have greatly improved. Your mileage may vary, of course. This installation was in an autocross car. The improvement in a regularly driven street car may not be as noticeable. For that reason alone, spending this much cash on a battery should be carefully evaluated vis-a-vis it's intended use.
