    I was replacing mds lifters on my 2013 ram 1500, which I thought was a gen 4. One place on website says these will fit. I need to know if they will before I order them.

    Yes, COMP Cams 249-856Y-16 will work in your 2013 ram 1500 if you are deleting the MDS system. (other products as well as a tune are required for MDS deletes)
