Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality, fully assembled, great deal Purchased these for my mild build 350 and paired with a comp cam cl12-600-6. Springs hold up to the higher lift great. Only minor adjustment to the guide plates was needed. I used stock length hardened pushrods and had correct geometry. Flow amazingly well

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Fuel Pump I bought this particular fuel pump a month ago and prefer this style over the fancy chrome fuel pump. What can I say? Sometimes all that glitters is not gold! I didn't have good luck with chrome fuel pumps. A few classic car owners told me the same story about their experiences with chrome fuel pumps. I feel like I got it right this time. Hopefully this Carter fuel pump will give me years of reliable service. I'm very satisfied so far!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Heads up. Major Issue With These Pumps I have had the pump installed on my blueprint 400SBC motor for a month. The first drive I took was around 30 miles with no issues. Yesterday I drove it for a few miles and shut it off to run into a store. After my errand, I started the truck back up and made it a few blocks before it started spitting and spuddering and eventually dieing. I checked the motor and there was no fuel in the filter. It would not restart. I had to have the truck towed home. Once it got home It tarted right up. I noticed the fuel filter was almost full. I took it for a drive and made it a few miles and it started to act up again. I checked the fuel filter and it was barely pumping any fuel into the filter. It eventually died. ***I called carter and they confirmed they have had numerous issues with this pump and my story fell in line with the others they have heard. They are working on a solution but don't have a fix as of yet. I asked him if I should just buy another and he said he did not recommend it. *** So buyer beware. This could leave you stranded.
