Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pay attention to Kit details Some modification required nothing major. Staggered kit has two RIGHT side calipers and mount on opposite sides of the housing. My kit didn’t have the coated calipers like the pictures show. Otherwise nice set up and works great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from to goatman= same problem as you with the staggered calipers. they are both for the right side. send 1 of them back and exchange it for a 630426 drivers side.problem solved.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value for a simple brake upgrade Installation was pretty easy. Directions were easy to understand and seems to be a pretty good rear brake system. Only 4 stars because of the weight of the calipers and one banjo bolt snapped on me.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Low End This is a pretty low end system. The only positive I have to say is that the brackets are all pretty solid, nice anodized pieces, and the brakes do work. Here's the rest of the details you need to know before buying: The calipers are not the floating type, so installation depends on trial and error to center them. This is a pain because you have to hold on to about 6 different things when reinstalling them, so it's like a Chinese puzzle. Next, the caliper/pad setup is not great, the calipers don't have pad clips, so the pads are loose and rattle when you're driving. They also all come bare metal, so if you're working on a restoration or a higher end car, you're going to have to take the time to prep and paint or powdercoat everything. The biggest zinger here, which I didn't realize when I ordered it is that the calipers are staggered - meaning on one side of the axle the caliper is in front, and on the other side, it's in back. Not only does this look stupid, it also makes the emergency brake cable routing awkward. I'm not even sure I'm going to be able to make them work - I might have to set it up so just one side works, because the other side needs to have a cable setup that pulls from the back of the car. In short - I suggest you keep shopping and get a kit that's more thoughtfully assembled.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from VERY BAD I do not like this kit at all not only did it cost me over $500 to buy it and ship it then i had to wait 4 months for it to show up and then i had to order $600 worth of more stuff like master cylinder and longer E brake cables and all that stuff even after all that i had to take the car to a shop after a month of trying to bleed the brakes my self just to have the shop tell me the brake kit is cheap and junk so now im having to order another setup and I WILL NOT BE USING JEGS EVER AGAIN
