This JEGS premium Rear Axle Disc Brake Conversion Kit without Parking Brake is an easy bolt-on solution for upgrading your 1968-77 Ford 9 in. Passenger Car to disc brake performance.
Note:
- For applications with one shock forward of and one shock behind the Rear Axle Housing
- The installation of disc brakes will require the use of 15 in. wheels. Any attempt to install disc brake with a 14 in. wheel will be the customer’s responsibility.
- This kit Requires a disc/disc proportioning valve. JEGS recommends 555-63025.
- JEGS recommends a 1.125 in. large bore master cylinder like 555-631403 when adding disc brakes.
- Maximum axle flange diameter of 6.11 in. with 2.786 in. max register to fit rotor hat.
- Fits Small bearing 9 in. (3 3/8 in. x 2 in. Flange), Early Big bearing 9 in. (3 1/2 in. x 2 3/8 in. Flange) and Late Big bearing 9 in. (3 9/16in. x 2 in. Flange)
