The BTR LS9 head gasket can't be beat for performance and value. Still, traditionally, the smaller bore engines have had to make do with a head gasket bore 0.15" bigger than needed. By re-designing a smaller bore gasket, we increased the amount of gasket material between the bores by another 0.15" for better durability. This is advantageous on small-bore LS engines with higher cylinder pressures, such as those found in power adder applications. These features .055" thickness spread across 7 layers of steel.

Note: DESIGNED TO WORK  WITH A TRICK FLOW FAST AS-CAST LS1 HEAD. It may also work with other aftermarket cylinder heads.
