- These Hooker Blackheart Headers are designed for use with Hooker Headers LS Engine Swap Mount Brackets 520-12643 and Hooker Blackheart LS Engine Swap Transmission Crossmember 520-12644
- Compatible Transmissions Include: GM TH350, TH400, 700R4, 2004R, 4L60-4L70 and 4L80E/4L85E
- If using in combination with GM 4L85E, trimming of the transmission bellhousing is required to prevent interference.
