These Blackheart headers are designed specifically for a Gen III Hemi engine swap into a 1975-1993 Dodge D100/D150 2WD Truck and work in unison with Hooker 520-BHS524 motor mounts, 520-BHS525 crossmember, exhaust systems (520-BH2356, 520-BH2357, 520-BH2467, or 520-BH2468), and an appropriate transmission adapter (each item is sold separately).

Compatible Transmissions Include:

• Automatic Transmissions: A727, 46RE, 46RH, 545RFE, NAG1, 8HP70
• Manual Transmissions: Tremec T56, Aftermarket T56 Magnum, and TR6060
