Special Exhaust Headers Notes:

Due to variations in engine and vehicle configurations, installation of aftermarket headers may require minor modifications
Common adjustments include power-steering or A/C bracket relocation, dipstick tube modification, or clearance for steering shaft and clutch linkage
Inspect for worn or collapsed motor mounts, and verify clearance for spark plugs, wires, brake lines, and transmission or fuel lines
Always test-fit headers before painting or coating to ensure proper alignment and clearance
Re-torque after initial heat cycles

Note:

Cutting and welding is necessary to install this Universal kit, and modifications to the primary tubes may be necessary to fit your application. You will also need to purchase the proper block plates (3/8 in. thick recommended), gaskets, fasteners, and other items not included in this kit.

Features longer primary length before the downward bend for over the frame rail installation. Contains eight mandrel bent 16-gauge aluminized steel primary tubes and two weld-on collectors. Gaskets, bolts, flanges and street hookup/reducers are sold separately. Cutting, welding and fabrication required. JEGS Header Flanges also available to help you complete your custom header project.
