This JEGS Standard Rear Axle Disc Brake Conversion Kit with Parking Brake is an easy bolt-on solution for upgrading the Ford 9 in. rear end in select 1980-1996 Ford F-150 and 1986-1996 Ford Bronco trucks to rear disc brake performance. Rear discs shed heat more effectively than drums and resist fade through repeated stops, towing, and hard driving, and the mechanical caliper design retains a fully functional parking brake with either a pull handle or a foot-operated pedal.

• The installation of disc brakes will require the use of 15 in. wheels with a minimum 7 in. width. Any attempt to install disc brakes with a 14 in. wheel will be the customer's responsibility.
• Emergency brake cables are cut to length during installation, with a 96 in. housing length and a 108 in. total length
• This kit requires a disc/disc proportioning valve; a proportioning valve is not included
• JEGS recommends a large bore master cylinder when adding disc brakes; a master cylinder and brake booster are not included
• Brake fluid and hard brake lines are not included
• Professional installation is recommended, and the brake system must be bled before the vehicle is driven
