In addition, cowl hoods help feed your engine lower temperature air at speed and help eliminate hot exhaust air at idle. Manufactured in heavy-duty stamped steel and EDP coated for corrosion protection, this hood is built to last.

• For a complete installation be sure to purchase 555-78582 and 555-78583 hood hinges as well as 555-78592 (quantity of two needed) hood hinge springs.

It is not uncommon for sheet metal panels to have surface scratches, small dings, or other minor imperfections. These imperfections are not considered damage and will be worked out through the bodywork phase with various levels of sanding and priming. The EDP coating on each panel is used as a protectant during shipping and storage and is not intended to be a finish coat. Proper prepping and priming are required during the bodywork process to protect the metal surface.
