JEGS 78980 2 in. Cowl Induction Hood for 1981-1988 Chevy Monte Carlo gives you more hood clearance for taller intake and carburetor combinations. In addition, cowl hoods help feed your engine lower temperature air at speed and help eliminate hot exhaust air at idle. This hood is easily installed with OEM-style mounts for hinges and latch.
