- Pace Setter Headers for GM trucks are manufactured using mandrel-bent mild 16-gauge steel tubing and port-matched, CNC-machined, 3/8"-thick head flanges. They are designed for the best combination of fit and maximum performance gains for your vehicle. Pace Setter Headers are available with a standard black painted finish or Armor Coat, a polished 2000°F metallic ceramic coating. Armor Coat doesn't discolor like paint, chrome, or even stainless steel; reduces underhood temperatures; resists rust/corrosion; and is easy to keep clean. Hardware, gaskets, and illustrated instructions included.
