The CAD500 header set fits Cadillac 425, 472, and 500 engines in street rod and custom applications that do not have a crossmember directly under the engine. More builders are using Cadillac engines in various street rod applications, and Sanderson is pleased to offer the first affordable aftermarket block hugger header for these engines. If cubic inches are the only way to go in your street rod, then a big Cadillac V8 and Sanderson’s CAD500 headers are for you!

Installation Notes:

The Patented Leak-Free Design on Sanderson Headers provides the only leak-free flange design on the market … Do Not Attempt To Use Flange Gaskets! The raised flange on tube-style Sanderson Headers will buckle the gasket during tightening and cause a leak! Sanderson Headers are NOT emissions legal on pollution-controlled motor vehicles. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify local regulations for compliance. Wrapping Sanderson Headers with ANY thermal tape voids the header warranty.
