Sanderson Headers CC409-SEC Features:

The CC409 header set is a shorty, block hugger design for Chevy “W in. 348/409 engines. It fits a variety of vehicles using the first-generation big block, including street rods, 1958-64 Chevy Impala, 1955-57 Chevy Cars, and many other car and truck applications. The Chevy 409 engine started the muscle car horsepower race of the ’60s, and it is making a comeback. The CC409 is designed to fit tight to the block and will work in street rod chassis and many other cars and trucks without a cross-member under the center of the motor. Includes all hardware necessary for installation.

The Patented Leak-Free Design on Sanderson Headers provides the only leak-free flange design on the market … Do Not Attempt To Use Flange Gaskets! The raised flange on tube-style Sanderson Headers will buckle the gasket during tightening and cause a leak! Sanderson Headers are NOT emissions legal on pollution-controlled motor vehicles. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify local regulations for compliance. Wrapping Sanderson Headers with ANY thermal tape voids the header warranty.
