Sanderson Headers DD4-SEC Features:

The DD4 header fits Dodge 241-325 Hemi V8 engines in Model A and later chassis that do not have a cross member directly under the center of the engine. The DD4 drops straight down, and the collector is tight to the oil pan. If you are unsure which engine you have, the Dodge Hemi and DD4 bolt pattern should measure 14-3/8 in. center-to-center of the outer flange bolts (see image). The DD4 is compatible with most steering setups.

NOTE: For cylinder heads with 14¾ in. spacing (DeSoto Hemi engines), order part number DD5 Includes all hardware necessary for installation.

The Patented Leak-Free Design on Sanderson Headers provides the only leak-free flange design on the market … Do Not Attempt To Use Flange Gaskets! The raised flange on tube-style Sanderson Headers will buckle the gasket during tightening and cause a leak! Sanderson Headers are NOT emissions legal on pollution-controlled motor vehicles. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify local regulations for compliance. Wrapping Sanderson Headers with ANY thermal tape voids the header warranty.
