Sanderson Headers O455-P Features:

The O455 header set fits Oldsmobile 455 engines in a variety of street rods and customs, that do not have a cross member under the center of the engine. Its compact design clears all types of steering and motor mount setups.

Notes: Oldsmobile cylinder heads have different-sized exhaust ports. However, the mounting bolt pattern is the same for both the Sanderson #O350 and #O455 header sets. Part #O350 uses a 1-5/8 in.

Primary Tube Diameter, and the #O455 uses 1-7/8 in. primary tubes. It is OK to have the exhaust flange slightly smaller than the exhaust port on the cylinder head. Don’t be greedy! All but heavily modified Olds 455 engines typically perform best with the smaller #O350 header. Please use the attached dimension graphic to determine whether the #O350 or #O455 header set is best for your application. Neither header set is compatible with Oldsmobile Rocket applications Includes all hardware necessary for installation.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify local regulations for compliance. Wrapping Sanderson Headers with ANY thermal tape voids the header warranty.
