    I have a set of 1968 closed chamber oval port heads (3917215) on my 454 with a Flat Tappet 292/292, Lift .550/.550 Cam. . .Would these Performer RPM Heads work or give me any horsepower increase?

    The Edelbrock 350-60439 cylinder head will work on the 454. We recommend checking piston to valve clearance before final torque.
