Never had an issue with MSD 6AL
I use an MSD 6AL on all my projects to date, partly because of the rev limiter and also because the engine starts better and runs better in the upper RPMs. I hope this one gives me the same reliable service as ones in the past. The only down side for me is the price but I would not want to sacrifice reliability to have it be cheaper though.

OMG my Bette rocks!
I purchased and installed about one week ago, after following the instructions to the letter and after purchasing a soldering tool too extend the positive and negative wire to the rear of vehicle because of the battery being in the rear of the corvette my vette fired up on the first turn of the key, and the way 11 to 1 compression comes on is music too my ears I love this device!
