The longstanding partnership between JEGS and Spring Fling Bracket Races has been a cornerstone of bracket racing, bringing unparalleled energy, competitive excitement, and community to racers for over a decade. This year marks another milestone as JEGS proudly supports the 2025 Spring Fling Bracket Races, which now includes the brand-new Door Car Fling at GALOT Motorsports Park in North Carolina. This addition expands the legendary Fling series to five events for the first time.
JEGS And Spring Fling: Over A Decade Of Partnership
For over 10 years, JEGS has been at the forefront of supporting the Fling series, sharing a passion for fostering a high-energy, welcoming environment for racers. Together, JEGS and the Fling team have raised the standard for bracket racing events through innovative race models, guaranteed big payouts, and a commitment to racer experience.

Honoring Kyle Seipel's Legacy
The Fling series was co-founded by the late Kyle Seipel, whose vision, dedication, and love for the sport continue to inspire the Fling team and the racing community. Since his passing after a courageous battle with cancer, the Flings have proudly carried on his legacy, honoring his commitment to making bracket racing a memorable and exciting experience for racers. Seipel's spirit lives on in every Fling event, from the races to the camaraderie in the staging lanes, reflecting the values he cherished.

Door Car Fling Debuts At GALOT Motorsports Park In 2025
Following the recent addition of the Fling at Norwalk, the Fling team has announced even more excitement with the introduction of the Door Car Fling, taking place October 15-19 at GALOT Motorsports Park in Benson, NC. This new event is dedicated exclusively to door cars, adding a unique experience to the Fling lineup.
"As a racer, there is something special about being surrounded by all-door cars in the staging lanes,” said promoter Peter Biondo. “And who doesn't like wheel-standing door cars in October weather?" The GALOT venue will now host two Fling events in 2025, including the Spring Fling in April and the Door Car Fling in October.
Series co-promoter Emily Biondo expressed excitement about adding a fifth event to the series, confident in the Fling team’s ability to make each event as memorable as the last. “It’s going to be challenging, but after 15 years, our team is ready for it.” GALOT Motorsports Park has been a trusted partner for the Fling Series since 2017, and Track Manager Josh Peake shares the enthusiasm, “2024 was my first time working with the Fling Team. They definitely exceeded my expectations, and we look forward to more events together.”

About The Fling Series
The Fling series began with a simple vision between longtime friends and drag racing icons Kyle Seipel and Peter Biondo in 2009. A family vacation sparked the inspiration that turned ten pages of notes into the first Spring Fling in Tennessee in 2010. Since then, the Fling series has grown into a coast-to-coast bracket racing sensation, introducing the Spring Fling Million in Las Vegas, the Fall Fling in Bristol, and now the Door Car Fling. Biondo and the Fling team continue to fuel the brand’s growth, honoring Seipel’s legacy with each race and upholding his dedication to the sport.

In 2025, JEGS and Spring Fling Bracket Races look forward to another thrilling season, celebrating the resilient spirit of the drag racing community. Together, they will continue to embody the motto “Race It. Experience It,” bringing unforgettable events and cherished memories to racers.
