Bailey Cole Racing: The Team
Bailey competes in Ultra4 USA, piloting a Ford Performance Bronco in the 4600 class, alongside a 4400 JEGS Racing Trent Fabrication Racecar. With experience across SXS, Stock Class, and Ultra4 platforms, Bailey has spent more than a decade competing professionally in off-road motorsports. Growing up around racing helped shape his driving style and commitment to the sport, and his story is still being written.
Behind every successful driver is a strong team, and Bailey Cole Racing is no exception. His team is made up of Jack Mildwaters as Crew Chief and Driver, Jeremy Kempston as Bailey’s Navigator, and Amy Mildwaters who also serves as a Navigator.

2024 was a breakout year for Bailey Cole Racing. After a win in the 4600 Stock Class and a strong Every Man Challenge finish at King of the Hammers, Bailey went on to deliver an incredible season in the Ford Performance Bronco.
