That’s a great question, and it’s one that comes up often. Proform carburetors are designed and engineered in the USA. Carburetors such as the Race Series and Street Series are advertised as hand-assembled in the U.S. However, many of their components, including the castings and components, are manufactured overseas, most commonly in China (as is common in manufacturing). While Proform focuses on quality control and final assembly standards that align with American performance expectations, they do not claim full “Made in the USA” status like brands such as Quick Fuel Technology (QFT) or some Holley models that are manufactured and assembled domestically. So you’re correct that Proform carburetors are not fully made in the USA.
