    Under Pressure...

Millions of exhaust systems are replaced every year due to corrosion and poor performance. Automotive exhaust gases attack the system from the inside out while vibration, chemicals, road salt and other harsh conditions attack from the outside. When you think about all the stress your exhaust system goes through, it's easy to see why you need a Borla stainless steel system!

    Built To Last...
Borla builds their cat back exhaust systems from 100% T-304 aircraft quality stainless steel, not mild steel, not aluminum, not coated aluminum. While coating substandard materials like mild steel may prolong life, these coatings suffer and typically fail at weld points. Stainless steel maintains true to form and function at all points for superior corrosion protection. As the guys at Borla say, ''When you compare coated materials to 100% T-304 stainless steel, it's like comparing gold-plated metal to solid gold!''

    Worth Its Weight In Gold...
Borla's world-class build quality and performance gains are considered by many to be an outstanding investment. And Borla's One Million Mile Warranty is proof that they take their products very seriously.

Cat-Back Systems include the connection pipe(s), muffler(s), tip(s) and necessary mounting hardware.

  • ATAK Mufflers - Acoustically Tuned Applied Kinetics, deliver the highest, super aggressive, available dB (decibel) levels in the BORLA street exhaust lineup.
  • S-Type Mufflers - Straight Through Power, delivers the intoxicating, aggressive, Borla's “Sound of Power”.
  • Touring Mufflers - High Performance Without The Roar, delivers a sound that is deep and throaty, but just slightly louder than stock at open throttle.

    14814 is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best of what's left around for 2001 Land Cruiser First and foremost this is NOT a "Cat-back" system - it fails to include the intermediary pipe between the driver's side cat and the muffler, you have to provide that yourself at an additional $130 cost and no-one makes it in stainless steel. It DID bolt up to factory flanges perfectly and hangers lined up with factory isolators as well. Its also the ONLY solution for cheap exhaust systems that rot out every 1-2 years. HOWEVER the largest problem with this kit is that the welded-on exhaust tip DOES NOT FIT THROUGH THE ALLOWABLE SPACE IN THE FACTORY HITCH! What im saying is that purchasing this requires you to buy an unprovided pipe from BEHIND the cat, provide all the new isolators if needed), provide your own new flange bolts AND REMOVE YOUR FACTORY HITCH. This really kinda pi$$es me off because EVERY series 100 Toyota Land Cruiser has a factory hitch and Borla ignorantly made the decorative exhaust tip SO WIDE that it mandates the removal of the hitch. SO BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND SACRIFICE OF YOUR TOWING ABILITY (or be forced to hack up that fat, pretty exhaust tip with a grinder to get it to fit through the space permitted by the factory installed hitch
