    DOR14LGS-T

    Brisk's Premium Racing LGS Spark Plugs feature Silver, which is the best conductor of any metal. They also utilize a very unique, semi-surface discharge electrode design. By implementing this design, the spark plug is able to fire a much larger spark plug gap, requiring much less energy than firing a traditional style air gap. A longer spark discharge makes more contact with the A/F mixture, igniting more molecules in the A/F mixture over a larger area, providing more power. There is no need for indexing premium racing style spark plugs since the ground electrodes of this plug are arranged symmetrically. There is no ground electrode restricting the access of the air fuel mixture, as the spark occurs on the very end of the firing tip. Premium racing LGS spark plugs are also a great choice for naturally aspirated applications with powerful factory and aftermarket ignition systems.

    Gap Setting: Available in two different configurations, standard LGS and LGS-T. The LGS-T models are manufactured with a tighter gap setting, which makes this plug a viable option for applications that have increased compression and for lower boost pressure applications. Utilizing the tighter gap setting also helps increase the average lifespan of this style of spark plug.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best plugs I've ever used My car is a modified Audi S4 with well over 100 HP over stock. I've had problems with spark "blow out" from both the aggressive turbos and weak original coils. For years I played with iridiums and then went to copper - which worked better but had to be changed out every 3,000 miles or so. So initially I tried Brisk silver plugs with standard electrode configuration - better than copper and they last longer. I decided to try the LGS version of the silver plugs (center electrodes with 4 blades surrounding). WOW. These plugs smoothed out the idle and you can feel the more solid pull from low speeds - no misfires! And you don't have to index. Because of the center gap style, as the energy rises the sparks travel to multiple blades around the center electrode - 360 degree spark! Check out YouTube on these - not only will you find videos showing the spark patterns, but a tuner shop has put cars they've used these on the dyno and the average is several more HP and torque - sometimes it's more than 5+ HP and 10+ ft lbs. Every car they've put these on has had some level of increase in both specs. If you go to the Brisk racing website you can find if there is an LGS plug for your car and get them!
