Brothers Trucks PWK59SS-2 Features:
Brothers standard pine bed wood kit includes the pre-drilled pine wood, steel strips and zinc coated bolt set. At Brothers, we understand how important the quality of bed wood is when you are restoring your truck or getting it ready to show. You need the highest quality available, and Brothers has it! These wood kits have been heat dried in order to reduce the amount of moisture retained in them, making them less likely to separate or disfigure after your installation. Our wood kits are perfectly machined to make sure that they are easy to install. All pieces are 3/4-inch thick assembled using hand-matched southern yellow pine wood. Hand matching guarantees that the grain and color doesn't vary from board to board. Brothers recommends finishing your new wood kit soon after receiving it, so that it will last longer and stay looking fresh. The pre-drilled wood set will save you an incredible amount of time and labor. The pre-punched steel bed strips run between each of the bed boards. They are made from high-quality mild steel. The bed strips are 1-1/2 wide, 18 gauge thick, and pre-punched with square holes, to save you time and effort. (for easier installation). The zinc plated bolts come complete with washers and nuts and the square shank fits into the square holes in the bed strips.
