  • 32728 - Gates Hose Clamps is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Must Have For Modern Radiators After a national chain retailer replaced my 2007 Jeep Liberty radiator, I experienced persistent leaks from the hoses, due to an under length upper hose, and their use of cheap worm gear hose clamps. User-blog postings suggest the need for constant tension hose clamps (which the shop discarded), on modern radiators with plastic fittings, that maintain their tension after repeated heating/cool down cycles. I purchased a Gates [proper-length] upper hose, and (2) Gates 32724 constant-tension clamps, and had the shop install them. (Haven't had a leak, since.)
