More Power from 2000-4000 RPM than Competitor Cat-Backs
Gibson Systems minimize power-robbing exhaust turbulence in two ways: patented Superflowâ„¢ Mufflers (chambered/baffled to deliver dramatically higher flow compared to packed/screened mufflers) and slip-fit connections (pipes fit into each other to reduce backpressure at joining points). Gibson Exhaust Systems use mandrel bent tubing for consistent flow with the least restriction.
The most aggressive exhaust Gibson offers, these stainless steel Super Truck Systems produce a powerful race truck rumble (noise level may exceed 95-decibel standard) with notable improvement in acceleration and performance. Average dyno-tested gains were 10-15 horsepower and 15-20 ft/lbs torque. Super Truck Exhaust Systems are not recommended for heavy-duty towing.
