  • 966-0 is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quality under par, not what is expected at all. 2nd time I was asked to write a review on this item even though it was returned. Gaps in seems, rivets showing where not what I would call finished and showing framing around the diameter of wheel makes it look really cheap!
