    will this bowl fit a 4776 carb

    No. The 4776 carbs use 510-134-103 for the primary and 510-134-104 for the secondary.

    I have Tri - power carbs List 3659, need two bowls, Is this what I need ?

    According to the literature from Holley, these are not the correct bowls for the 3659 carb.
