Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best performance muffler I've bought this muffler for both of my vehicles and I love how them. If you want to quiet your ride down so it's not annoying but keep the performance this is your muffler.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Id buy it again After driving without a muffler on my miata for about 6 months I finally broke down and bought a muffler. It serves its purpose well enough. Outs pretty quiet at idle until you get on the gas. It's not black like it looks in the picture, but i really don't care about that. All in all it quieted it down and has an okay ton, slightly raspy (but its on a rice-mobile). Good buy for the price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice tone! I was running straight pipes and got sick of the drone but still wanted a nice tone. These are so perfect, they are VERY quiet at cruising speeds but when you get on it, they'll wake up the neighborhood. Plus, I get better MPG's and the torque feels a little better by SOTP.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from De-evolution. These are very little like the previous sets of Hooker Maximum Flow mufflers I have purchased. They still look pretty well made, but this set is very loud, even at idle. I liked that they used to be pretty quiet at low speed and power demand levels, and then would sound off when you gave it the "go". I bought these, as I did the previous 2 or 3 pairs, to quiet a vehicle down at low and cruising power. Nothing quiet about them now. I am not sure what changed, but I can likely safely assume that the country of origin is what changed, along with the concomitant quality level.
