Items You Need
The K&N 57-1120 FIPK air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing in specific Polaris Ranger RZR 800, S and 4 models. K&N air intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction as they smooth and straighten air flow. This allows your engine to inhale a larger amount of air with less effort than the factory air filter assembly. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine’s RPM range. This air intake comes with a K&N high-flow air filter and a heat shield that installs into the original air box space. Air is directed through a high-flow air intake tube and into the engine’s throttle body for a guaranteed power gain. The large, tapered cylinder shaped air filter is washable and reusable and comes complete with a black DryCharger filter wrap that helps repel water and dust in the harsh conditions that a Polaris Ranger RZR is typically driven in. The air intake assembly also accommodates the factory crank case vent hose with an additional small K&N air filter that mounts onto the heat shield. This K&N air intake system complies with California emission standards and is street legal in all 50 states.
