Is this a real cowl hood i need 2 inches of space where that scoop is for my blower set up

    Asked by: Telo meto
Yes, this is a 2" cowl hood, you may need to trim some of the braces on the underside, but it will give you the extra clearance.

How long before I have to paint this hood?  I have installed it on my 99 Chev 3500 and it matches its current paint very well.   The whole truck will need some body work and paint in the future, not ready to do that now.  Any suggestions?

    Asked by: Ms Esterhouse 1
Key Parts recommends getting paint on it as soon as possible.
