NOS TC178 Nitrous Solenoid was developed for one purpose; deliver the most nitrous volume possible for a single solenoid. With a 0.178" outlet orifice, the TC178 has the ability to flow in excess of 900 horsepower of nitrous from a single solenoid. The TC178 base is also constructed of 6061 Aluminum and then clear anodized. This reduces the weight by 1/4 of a pound over the NOS Super BigShot Trash Can Solenoid, and still retains the mounting location on the base. If maximum power from a single stage of nitrous is what you need, get the new NOS TC17Current Draw is 20 Amps at 12 volts DC.This Solenoid can be used with a progressive controller- Supports in excess of 900 horsepower
