Ford Custom Driveshaft
QA1 JJCAC0320001 REV Series Carbon Fiber Custom Driveshaft with Ford 31-Spline Slip Yoke is designed for vehicles up to 2000 horsepower and a maximum torque rating of 1500 lb/ft. We achieve this level of performance by using the latest filament-winding equipment and an exclusive 3M Matrix Resin to produce a high-strength driveshaft. This process provides dramatic safety benefits and is lighter, stiffer, and stronger than aluminum, steel, and other carbon fiber driveshafts. Many competitors cut a pre-made universal carbon fiber tube to length. QA1 designs and manufactures each driveshaft in-house to meet your specifications and requirements. The 3M Matrix Resin uses spherical nanoscale silica and provides improved abrasion resistance, higher compressive strength, and minimal water absorption for increased torque capacity and longevity. This resin is exclusive to QA1 and is what gives our driveshaft a distinctive blue tint.
