    Lightweight, Durable, Accurate, and Reliable

Made in Indiana by HyperCo, these 2-1/2'' Chrome Coil-Over Springs are meant to be as light as possible with maximum deflection while enduring the stress of extreme conditions. Springs are premium high-tensile steel with cold-wound CNC construction to reduce weight, increase bowing resistance, and improve travel capacity. They have a durable powdercoated navy blue finish for looks & longevity. Sold individually.

Material: Hypercoils are manufactured from high tensile chrome silicon steel... the highest grade available anywhere in the world.

Design: The high tensile wire used in Hypercoils allows lighter weight and additional travel before the coils bind.

Inspection: Hypercoils undergo 2 separate magnafl ux inspections to eliminate surface imperfections which could lead to early failure.

Manufacturing: The unique combination of state-of-the-art CNC equipment and small town craftsmen who truly care about the product they are producing make Hypercoils the finest coil springs available anywhere in the world.

Development: The picture to the left shows the quality difference between the Hyperco spring (on the right) and other brands (on the left). Both springs are 12'' long and have 300# spring rates... The blue Hyperco spring uses 3 less coils and it uses a smaller diameter wire (.480'' vs. .510''). This allows for an additional 1.8'' of compression distance (HyperCo 6.4'' total travel vs. Other Guys 4.6'' total travel).

  • Available in 6'', 7'', 8'', 10'', 12'' and 14'' free lengths
  • 2-1/2'' inside diameter coils
  • Coils do no lose free length or installed height
  • Accurate and consistent rate
  • Coils are designed to be as light as possible with maximum deflection
  • Computerized scale test equipment are used to insure accuracy and consistency through its entire deflection in .100'' increments
  • Life-Time Guarantee - Coils expected to remain within two percent of the original manufacturing tolerances for rate and free length
