Steeda's rear sway bar for S197 Mustang is a direct replacement larger diameter bar for the performance enthusiast.
This bar provides a 50% increase in roll stiffness for improved handling, improved steering response, and reduced understeer for improved handling balance. A must have for the cornering enthusiast and perfect for street or track use.
Part number 957-555-1056 includes Steeda's sway bar and outer mounting hardware. This sway bar uses the factory endlinks on GT HARDTOP models. Convertible models have different end links and are not compatible. Customer must purchase Hardtop end links separately from local Ford dealer or for the ultimate in control, use 957-555-1052 which includes new billet machined aluminum swaybar end links with urethane bushings. 957-555-1052 is compatible with all V8 models.
For V6 models without a rear sway bar, order part number 957-555-1052 and part number 957-555-1061 hardware kit for a complete installation.
