VMP Performance VMP Ultimate Pulley Tool
823-VMP-SUP065
Package with VMP 2.4" supercharger pulley, 90MM replacement idler, and VMP Ultimate Pulley Removal and Installation Tool.
Includes 'stock look' VMP 2.4" pulley and a black 90MM idler pulley that replaces the factory 75MM idler. This larger idler takes up the belt slack and provides better belt wrap. VMP Performance says, in their experience, an auxiliary idler bracket and pulley is not necessary, but can still be used with this pulley if desired. Their idler uses a bearing that is the same brand & size as the OE bearing, VMP has found that a single bearing is sufficient when a proper quality of bearing is used. Tuning required for 2013-14 to see the additional boost, the factory 2013+ plugs are already a colder heat range, but should be gapped down to .028-.035" to prevent spark blowout, stock gap is .045".
Features:
- This 2.4" pulley is the smallest possible
- 2-3psi increase in boost on the 2013 TVS
- Also fits VMP TVS superchargers
Benefits: - VMP is the first to offer an aftermarket GT500 pulley made to OEM specifications
- One-piece steel design for the ultimate in strength and durability
- The bore of this pulley is precision machined, just like OEM pulleys, for a precise stock-like press-fit
- Includes a black VMP 90mm idler pulley for the ultimate in stealth.
