Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bubbles Was a 10mm x 1.0 thread pitch. But did not feel it it gave me a accurate description of flare. Wanted a inverted flare. Made for bubble flare. If using inverted get a standard thread proportioning valve and convert to metric. They don't make adapters.

I am using a 260-12627 proportioning valve that is a "new" install on a 1969 Chevy pickup C10. The previous owner did a front disc brake conv. adding pwr booster, new MC. The proportioning valve is maxed out and the front brakes lock up quick. Help.

    Asked by: Rangermatt
This may help, but you need to check to see that the master cylinder has been changed to one that is made for use with front disc brakes. It sounds like it still has the drum brake master cylinder on it.
