JEGS Tubing Straightener

JEGS tubing straighteners are used to straighten coiled tubing quickly and economically. These adjustable devices can straighten tubing from 3/16" to 1/2" diameter. Just mount in a vice or bolt to a workbench. Straightens most types of tubing, including stainless steel. Five wheels are adjusted by a knob on the top of the straightener. Once the correct size is dialed in feed an oiled tube into the machine and watch it come out straight on the other side. The alignment wheels are made from ABS plastic and contoured to the shape of the tube. This leaves your tube unmarked and ready to be formed for your application.
