Note: This engine requires the use of an external balance design damper. A balance plate is included with this engine, if it's retained then an internal balance design flexplate or flywheel is required. To use an external balance design flexplate or flywheel the balance plate must be removed before installation.
What oil pan works with this sb, harmonic balancer, flywheel (not flexplate), timing cover.?? Cost?
I have a flat tapper camshaft in a 72 350 will it work with this block?

I have 1969 302 out of a Z/28 that I lost an oil ring and I wanted to use all of the parts from that engine on a new short block. Will this 383 work with the old camel hump heads, roller rockers, etc. from that engine?
